The oxidation treatment methods for hardware molds include the use of cleaning agents, mechanical treatment, chemical treatment, and coating method. Specifically, as follows:
Using cleaning agents: can effectively remove dirt and oxides from the surface of hardware, allowing the hardware to regain its luster. Common cleaning agents include gasoline, alcohol, descaling powder, etc.
Mechanical treatment: The oxide layer and dirt on the surface of hardware components can be removed through tools such as sandpaper and wire brushes.
Chemical treatment: Soaking and cleaning with acid or alkaline solutions to remove oxides from the surface of hardware components. It is necessary to mix the treatment solution according to the material and oxidation degree of the hardware, otherwise it may cause damage to the hardware.
Coating method: Apply a protective layer to the surface of the hardware, first clean the surface of the hardware using washing or sandpaper method, and then spray varnish or coating agent.
